New Art Every Day - Day 26
In the original credits for “Frankenstein”, the role of the creature is listed as being played by “?” In the Sequel, “Bride of Frankenstein,” they just had him listed as “Karloff.” Most of the makeup was accomplished by soaking cotton in collodion. There were no molds. The entire makeup was resculpted every day from reference drawings and photos.

Shop local helps local. Plus, you never know what you’ll get with the chains or Walmart.
Don’t forget to wash your brushes. You need them to keep their shape, and that’s the only way. Plus, good Brushes are expensive.
New Art Every Day started out as a challenge that I’m pretty sure was meant as a joke. Creating is like exercising. The more you do, the more you can do. I’m gonna keep it up as long as I can, although some days, I do two, so one of those might fill in during days when I just run out of time.
I’m very anxious to recliam my time as an artist. So far, we’re going pretty well.

I still prefer the Peter Boyle version!
